📋 이용약관

장체인(jangchain)은 Gmail에서 주문확인 이메일을 파싱하여 구매내역을 정리하고, 영지식증명(ZKP)을 통해 구매 사실을 증명할 수 있는 클라이언트사이드 웹 애플리케이션입니다. 모든 처리는 사용자의 브라우저에서 이루어집니다.

Jangchain is a client-side web application that parses order confirmation emails from Gmail to organize purchase history and enables purchase verification through Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP). All processing occurs in the user's browser.

본 서비스를 이용하려면 Google 계정이 필요하며, Gmail 읽기 전용(readonly) 권한을 허용해야 합니다. 서비스 이용은 무료이며, 별도의 회원가입이 필요하지 않습니다.

To use this service, you need a Google account and must grant Gmail read-only permission. The service is free to use and requires no separate registration.

• Gmail API를 통해 이메일을 읽지만, 데이터는 사용자의 브라우저 밖으로 전송되지 않습니다.
• 파싱된 구매내역은 브라우저의 IndexedDB에만 저장됩니다.
• DKIM 서명 검증은 이메일 진위를 확인하기 위해 클라이언트에서 수행됩니다.
• ZKP 증명 생성은 브라우저 내 WebAssembly를 통해 로컬에서 처리됩니다.

• Emails are read via Gmail API, but data is never transmitted outside the user's browser.
• Parsed purchase history is stored only in the browser's IndexedDB.
• DKIM signature verification is performed client-side to verify email authenticity.
• ZKP proof generation is processed locally via WebAssembly in the browser.

장체인은 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공됩니다. SPONGY GROUP은 다음에 대해 책임지지 않습니다:

• 이메일 파싱의 정확성 또는 완전성
• 서비스 중단 또는 오류로 인한 손해
• 사용자 브라우저 데이터의 손실
• 제3자 서비스(Google, 쇼핑몰 등)의 변경으로 인한 영향

Jangchain is provided "as-is." SPONGY GROUP is not liable for:
• Accuracy or completeness of email parsing
• Damages caused by service interruptions or errors
• Loss of user browser data
• Impact from changes in third-party services (Google, online retailers, etc.)

장체인의 소스코드, 디자인, 콘텐츠에 대한 지적재산권은 SPONGY GROUP에 있습니다. 사용자가 생성한 구매 데이터 및 ZKP 증명은 사용자 본인에게 귀속됩니다.

Intellectual property rights for jangchain's source code, design, and content belong to SPONGY GROUP. Purchase data and ZKP proofs generated by users belong to the users themselves.

SPONGY GROUP은 사전 통지 없이 서비스를 변경, 중단, 또는 종료할 수 있습니다. 서비스 종료 시에도 사용자 브라우저에 저장된 데이터에는 영향이 없습니다.

SPONGY GROUP may modify, suspend, or terminate the service without prior notice. Service termination does not affect data stored in the user's browser.

본 약관이 변경될 경우, 이 페이지에 업데이트됩니다. 변경 후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

If these terms are updated, changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 관련 분쟁은 대한민국 법원을 관할로 합니다.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
